I bring structure to ambiguity, keep stakeholders engaged, and challenge assumptions when it's needed to keep momentum.

Over ten years I've led high-impact digital, clinical and operational change — EPR upgrades, digital triage rollouts, service migrations, MSK redesign and national initiatives — across NHS trusts, private healthcare and the voluntary sector.

My career runs from registration authority and SystmOne deployment, through IT project and business-partner roles at Sussex Community and University Hospitals Sussex, to senior delivery at Ramsay Health Care and Vita Health Group. In 2025 I founded BXL Consulting to do that work independently.
